Ted Henken alerted me to the CLIC Festival on new technologies and social networks, which will be held in Havana from June 21 to 23. It is to be a forum for proposals, not complaints, and participants are welcome from civil society, the government or elsewhere.I will be travelling and unable to follow the event, but you can read about it here.
